At Café Louis, I combined this knowledge into a Burgundian kitchen with a mix of local and seasonal dishes. Café Louis serves classic French dishes with our creative and refined twist!”

Café Louis dishes are among others prepared with fresh ingredients from established local partners from Maastricht.

Our mustard and jam comes from Adriaan de Smaakmaker. Adriaan shares his craftmanship since 1985 in Maastricht. Delicious mustard with herbs, jams, vinegars, vinaigrettes and mayonnaise are sold. The products are home made in an artisanal way with the use of natural ingredients without artificial additives.

Café Louis selected for you the best wines from the Apostelhoeve at Maastricht. Since 1970 the Apostelhoeve produces delicious wines. It was even the first vineyard of the Netherlands. This vineyard delivers six beautiful dry white wines: Müller-thurgau, Auxxerrois, Riesling, Pinot-gris barriques and Cuvée XII. They even have Apostelhoeve Riesling Brut and Apostelhoeve Cuvée XII Brut for the lovers of sparkling wines.

We serve typical bread and pie of Limburg from Bisschopsmolen. Natural ingredients are used from local growers. Simplicity is made into an irresistible delicacy. All bread and pies are homemade and have a pure and fair taste with an eye for the artisanal.
